With city rides, you have a dedicated chauffeur at your disposal for your chosen duration, allowing for multiple stops, waiting time, and changes to your itinerary on the go.
Can I make multiple stops during my hourly city ride booking?
Absolutely! That's the main advantage of our hourly service. You can make as many stops as you'd like within your booked time period. Your chauffeur will wait for you at each location and be ready to take you to your next destination whenever you're ready.
What happens if I need to extend my city ride beyond the booked hours?
If you need additional time, simply inform your chauffeur or contact our 24/7 customer service. Extensions are subject to the chauffeur's availability and will be billed at the same hourly rate in 30-minute increments. Can I book a specific vehicle model for my city ride?
You can select from our range of vehicle categories when booking (Economy, Business, First Class, etc.). While we guarantee the vehicle class, specific models are subject to availability. For special requests or guaranteed specific models, please contact our concierge team at least 48 hours in advance.
How far in advance should I book a city ride?
We recommend booking at least 4 hours in advance to ensure availability, though last-minute bookings can often be accommodated. For busy periods, special events, or if you require a specific vehicle type, booking 24-48 hours in advance is advisable.
Is there a cancellation fee for city rides?
Goldsainte members can cancel up to 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up with no fee. Non-members can cancel up to 3 hours before pick-up with no fee. Cancellations made after these windows incur a 25% fee. No-shows or cancellations within 30 minutes of pick-up time incur a full charge.
Are there any distance limitations for city rides?
Our city rides service is designed primarily for travel within city limits and immediate surrounding areas. For journeys between cities or regions, we recommend our intercity transfer service which offers specialized rates for longer distances.
